NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., prevailing local time, at the Old Forge Borough Municipal) Building, 310 South Main Street, Old Forge, Pa 18518, the Borough Council will hold a public meeting on entering into a cable franchise agreement with RCN Telecom Services (LeHigh)LLC, (“Astound”).
Citizens are invited to attend and to comment.
Pursuant to Section 626 of the Cable Communications Policy Act, citizens are asked to comment on the cable operator’s past performance, under the current franchise agreements, if any, as well as the community’s future cable-related needs. All inquiries may be directed to:
